Engineer Amin Ghoneim explained that applications are submitted to the 6th of October City Authority, on the form prepared for that, which is disbursed free of charge, provided that all documents indicating ownership (original for viewing + copy) are submitted, and a cadastral report from an approved authority and the rest of the previous conditions are met. about it as described in the decisions of the Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority No. 173, stressing that the New Urban Communities Authority is the only entity that has jurisdiction over these lands, and that any dealings with them can only take place through the 6th of October City Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 59 For the year 1979 in the matter of new urban communities.
The Vice President of the Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs warned all companies, associations, individuals and entities against taking any action or initiating the establishment of any facilities on those lands before referring to the 6th of October City Authority, and in the event of a violation, legal measures will be taken immediately, and any transaction that takes place in violation of that is null and void. Absolutely, and it is not considered by the Authority, in the interest of the Authority to protect the public interest and the interests of citizens and protect them from falling into illegal transactions.
