Electricity utility: The maximum evening load today, Tuesday, is 35,000 megawatts
The Electricity Observatory at the Electricity Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Agency announced that the maximum evening load, today, Tuesday, is about 35,000 megawatts, in light of the remarkable temperature range between 39 and 41 degrees Celsius in most parts of the country, while the temperature recorded 35 degrees Celsius. The Electricity Observatory at the Electricity Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Agency stated in its bulletin that the expected maximum load this evening, Monday, is about 35,000 megawatts, with a commitment to implement the load-reduction program to be implemented since the beginning of this August at the level of all governorates of the Republic, according to the schedule to be implemented in each region separately.

The Electricity Observatory at the Electricity Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Agency indicated that the minimum load on Monday amounted to about 17,309 megawatts, indicating that the average carbon dioxide emission amounted to 446.94 grams / kilowatt-hour.
The Electricity Observatory of the Electricity Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Agency noted that the pregnancy status indicator, today, Tuesday, is green, and this means that “consumption is less than production today, Tuesday,” since midnight, and it had appeared yesterday, Monday, in green throughout the day.
General advice to rationalize electricity consumption
In another context, the Electricity Observatory advises the Electricity Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Agency with five general tips to rationalize electricity consumption:
Turn off the lights inside the house in empty rooms.
Disconnect the power supply from non-essential devices when leaving the house.
Separate devices from the electrical plug when not in use, especially mobile phone chargers.
Use of electrical appliances supported by technology to reduce energy consumption.
