Turkey ranked first with the highest value of Egyptian exports, which rose to $2.042 billion during the first five months of 2023, compared to $2.030 billion during the corresponding months of the previous year, an increase of $12.4 million, or 0.6%, followed by Egyptian exports to Italy, which amounted to $1.3 billion during the first five months of 2023, compared to $1.4 billion during the corresponding months of the previous year, a decrease of $100 million.

Egyptian exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia increased to $1.1 billion during the first five months of 2023, compared to $967.8 million during the corresponding period of the previous year, an increase of $161.6 million, or 16.7%, while exports to America declined to $756.5 million during the five months. The first months of 2023, compared to $1.076 billion during the corresponding months of the previous year, a decrease of $319.5 million, and exports to China declined from $1.1 billion to $433.2 million during the same comparison period.
