The Ministry of Health reveals the services provided to support maternal and fetal health within the “100 Days of Health” initiative

The Ministry of Health and Population revealed the services provided to support maternal and fetal health as part of the “100 Health Days” initiative, in an infographic published on its official Facebook page.

She indicated that the initiative is concerned with the health of the mother and fetus, by providing follow-up and treatment services through treatment centers and units spread across all governorates.

The Ministry of Health and Population added that the campaign provides early detection services for diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, syphilis, human immunodeficiency virus, and hepatitis B virus, and directs those diagnosed with infection to receive evaluation and treatment in various units and hospitals in the republic.

She said that the initiative aims to activate and improve the quality of routine services that are provided within the mother care protocol through maternal and child care services.
