Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, held a meeting today, Monday, in the presence of Dr. Muhammad Helmy Al-Ghar, Secretary of the Councils of Private and Private Universities, with the committee emanating from the Councils of Private and Private Universities to determine the minimum limits for enrollment in various scientific disciplines in private and private universities for the new academic year 2023/2024.
Dr. said. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, media advisor and official spokesperson for the Ministry, said that the meeting ended with opening the door for applications for those who have obtained a high school diploma to enroll in various scientific disciplines in private and private universities, starting tomorrow, Tuesday, corresponding to August 15.
The spokesperson added that the application will be through the direct electronic application system for all faculties in private and private universities according to the minimum limits for progress, as the door for admission has been opened for those who have obtained the Egyptian general secondary certificate, with the continued acceptance of holders of Arabic and foreign equivalent certificates according to the minimum level of progress for each of them.
The student can apply to the university that he wishes to enroll in one of its faculties electronically through the universities’ websites. Application is available for students who obtained a high school diploma in the academic year 2022/2023, and students who obtained their certificate in the previous academic year 2021/2022 are also entitled to apply, according to the limits. The minimum requirement for applying is for a year after obtaining a high school certificate, and students’ papers will be accepted electronically.
The progress includes all private and private universities, namely:
First.. The 27 private universities: (6th of October, October for Modern Sciences and Arts, Misr for Science and Technology, Misr International, German, Canadian Pyramids, British in Egypt, Modern Technology and Information, Pharos, Al-Nahda, Al-Mustaqbal, Egyptian-Russian, Delta Science Technology, Heliopolis, New Giza, Derayah, Badr in Cairo, Horus, Egyptian Chinese, Merritt, Sphinx, Peace, Badr in Assiut, New Salhia, Hayat, Mayo, Sinai with its two branches “Al-Qantara Branch – Arish Branch”).
Second.. The 20 private universities: (Al-Galala, Al-Alamein International, King Salman International, New Mansoura, Al-Masrya for E-learning Al-Ahlia, Al-Nil Al-Ahlia, Al-Ahlia French in Egypt, Misr Informatics, Assiut Al-Ahlia, Al-Mansoura Al-Ahlia, Al-Minya Al-Ahlia, Menoufia Al-Ahlia, Helwan Al-Ahlia, Zagazig Al-Ahlia, Banha Al-Ahlia, South Al-Wadi Al-Ahlia, Alexandria Al-Ahlia, Beni Suef Al-Ahlia, East Port Said Al-Ahlia, New Ismailia Al-Ahlia).
