Announcing the results of the Digital Experience Maturity Index for the year 2023

The Digital Government Authority announced the results of the Digital Experience Maturity Index for the year 2023, with the participation of more than 134,000 beneficiaries. The Governor of the Digital Government Authority, Eng. Ahmed Al-Soyan, explained that the digital experience maturity index aims to raise beneficiary satisfaction, enhance their digital experience, and improve interaction with them in accordance with the strategic directions of the digital government, and to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. His Excellency praised the development of digital government platforms in the Kingdom, and their role in Improving the quality of life, facilitating doing business, enhancing competitiveness, and achieving efficient government work; Which contributed to the Kingdom’s progress in international indicators, stressing that this reflects the generous care and unlimited support enjoyed by the digital government from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – save them God-.

It is noteworthy that the Digital Government Authority announced on March 14, 2023 the start of the second index cycle, which included an evaluation of 24 digital platforms compared to 12 digital platforms in the previous cycle, as the general index of digital experience maturity reached 80.68% compared to the previous cycle, when it was 77.26%. While the number of participants in evaluating the platforms for this session exceeded more than 134,000 participants, compared to 18,000 participants in the previous session.

The results of the top ten digital platforms were as follows: Ihsan platform achieved 89.40%, while Absher platform achieved 89.28%, Social Insurance platform 88.10%, My Health platform 86.50%, Zakat, Tax and Customs platform 86.09%, Tawakulna platform 85.35%, all of which are at the advanced level. While the Etimad platform scored 83.20%, the Najez platform 83.04%, the Saber platform 82.44%, and the business platform 81.59%, all of which are at the mastery level. The level of maturity of the platforms, improving the quality of services provided, and achieving the strategic objectives of the digital government.
