A man has been charged with murder following the death of his wife at a house in Histon.
The body of mother-of-two Sian Hammond, 46, was discovered at the Primes Corner property on October 30.
Robert James Hammond, 47, of Primes Corner, Histon, was arrested on Friday (November 10) and remains in custody. He is due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today (November 13).
Ms Hammond was the principal and director of Limetree Financial Services, a mortgage broker based at Vision Park in Histon.
Having graduated with a BSc honours degree in biochemistry and worked in scientific research, she then accumulated more than a decade of experience in financial services.
Ms Hammond is survived by two teenage daughters, both of whom swim at a national level for Wales and England
