Riyadh hosts the largest exhibition of the real estate sector in the world

The activities of the “Cityscape Global” exhibition will be launched in Riyadh from September 10 to 13, 2023 AD, under the auspices of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, and organized by a coalition company under the title “To Build the Home of the Future”, in the presence of a group of speakers, experts and those interested in the real estate sector, and international and local real estate developers. , interior designers, and those interested in buying real estate units, as the exhibition will be held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Mulham, north of Riyadh.

Visitors from 170 countries have registered their interest in attending so far, as the exhibition will host thousands interested in buying real estate units, real estate sector experts, and more than 2,000 investors in the real estate sector, in the presence of more than 350 exhibitors, and more than 250 international and local speakers who will share their views and experiences through Sessions of more than 250 hours of discussion across various platforms, through which the latest real estate ideas and experiences in the fields of architecture, designs, and city planning are presented. The “Global Cityscape” also reviews international best practices in future development and construction technologies, in addition to highlighting the Real estate legislation.

The exhibition witnesses the participation of major and pioneering projects in the Kingdom under one roof, such as the suburbs of Khuzam, Al-Fursan and Sodaym of the National Housing Company, NEOM, Roshan, the Central Jeddah Development Company, Al-Ula, the destination of Masar, the Retal Urban Development Company, the King Abdullah Financial Center “Kafed”, and the King’s Garden. Salman, the non-profit city of Mohammed bin Salman, Ad-Diriyah, the Red Sea International Company, and the Saudi Down Town Company, in addition to local and international projects from 24 countries, with the presence of the Real Estate Authority as a legislative partner, the Ministry of Investment as an investment partner, the Tourism Development Fund as a strategic partner, and a mine Business development as a real estate technology partner.

For his part, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Al-Hogail said: “We are pleased to host the Cityscape International exhibition in Riyadh, which represents the largest exhibition specialized in real estate in the world, and we participate in the exhibition with the most important major projects in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, with the presence of more than 24 countries with their qualitative projects, which confirms the importance of the event worldwide,” expressing his welcome to investors, real estate developers, and interested parties to participate in this event.
