City defeats Newcastle United and United receive their first loss

Yesterday, Saturday, the defending champion, Manchester City, defeated Newcastle, with an orphan goal, in the English Premier League.

City raised its tally to six points from the first two rounds, while Newcastle’s tally froze at the third point.

Manchester United also suffered its first loss against Tottenham, with two clean goals, in the match that brought them together, in the second round of the English Premier League championship.

Tottenham ranks fifth in the Premier League with 4 points, while Manchester United ranks tenth.
