Barcelona said in an official statement, “FC Barcelona and Real Betis reached an agreement regarding the sale of Abdel Samad Al-Zalzouli for 7.5 million euros.”
“Barcelona reserves the right to buy back the player, in addition to 50% of any future sale,” Barca’s statement added.
And he continued, “Barcelona would like to publicly express its gratitude to Al-Zalzouli for his commitment and dedication, and wishes him success in the future.”
He noted, “Al-Zalzouli appeared for the first time with the first team on October 30, 2021 against Alaves, and proved his presence immediately, as he participated in 12 matches and scored one goal.”
And the statement concluded, “Al-Zalzouli spent the 2022-2023 season on loan in Osasuna, where he strengthened the team and helped it to occupy seventh place in the League by reaching the cup final, and he participated in 34 matches and scored 6 goals.”
